Dawn joined the team at DTI in 2017 as a Document Processing Specialist and assists as a customer service specialist. She considers the most rewarding part of her work as experiencing the impact of satisfied clients while they undergo a digital transformation.

Outside of work, she takes pride and inspiration from her two amazing children. In her community, she is recognized as a great cook and is also very passionate about crocheting.
