William a highly experienced Digital Imaging specialist with extensive experience in PC Hardware and Software Support, Digital Graphic Design, Enterprise Content Management, Project Management, Capture, and Conversion services. After 10 years of work experience in the Software Training/PC Support field and Graphic Design field, I joined DTI where I became a member of the Image Conversion team. My official duties at DTI are image conversion, project management, and help desk operation.

Outside of work at DTI,  William enjoys watching movies, playing guitar, and going to comic conventions. He’s also passionate about building custom computer systems and creating various art projects. He’s even been told that he bears a passing resemblance to Jon Snow from Game of Thrones.
