What this policy covers
This policy covers dtiibs.com and any other DTI website that links to it, including the forms, planning tools, email messages and meeting scheduler you reach from those sites.
It does not cover documents, records or data that clients send us to scan, store, process or manage, or information held in systems we implement or support for clients. That information is handled under our agreements with each client.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, use one of our planning tools and ask us to email the results, book a meeting, or email or call us, we collect what you provide. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without cookies. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us run our website and business, such as HubSpot for our website, forms, customer records and email, and Microsoft for email and scheduling. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Partners you ask us to work with, such as a referral partner involved in your project.

Email from us
If you ask us to email you planning tool results or a proposal, we send that message to you. Marketing email from us includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing email does not stop messages about a project or service you are working with us on.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, including keeping a record of our business relationship, and as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove details that identify you.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the information we collect. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will respond to requests as those laws require. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
