# Find where your AP process is losing time

1\. How do most invoices arrive today?

Mostly paper, by mail A mix of email, mail and vendor portals Mostly email, to a shared inbox someone sorts They're captured automatically and need little sorting 

2\. How does invoice data get into your ERP?

Someone types it in A capture tool reads it, but we correct a lot of fields It's captured and checked, with a few corrections each week It's captured and checked against POs and vendors with very few corrections 

3\. How do coding and approvals happen?
